Practical Training for Your Team
Clear repair orders help customers understand the work being authorized and give your team a consistent record of the repair process. Our program focuses on California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) documentation requirements, including authorizations, disclosures, and clear descriptions of work.
Learn at Your Own Pace
Shop enrollment includes access for up to 15 advisors for six months. Each employee trains and completes the certification exam independently, with unlimited attempts until they earn a 100% passing score. The program is accessible from computers, tablets, and smartphones.
Recognize Each Advisor’s Achievement
Advisors who complete the certification exam with a 100% score receive a personalized certificate of completion they can print or save. The certificate recognizes completion of our training and competency assessment.
