The Write It Right Certification is specifically designed around California Bureau of Automotive Repair compliance standards for repair order documentation. It is a training and competency certification for your staff — it demonstrates that your team has been trained on BAR requirements.
How long does it take to complete?
The full certification test typically takes 30–60 minutes depending on your pace. You have 6 months of unlimited access, so your team can study and retake as needed until they score 100%.
What if an advisor can’t pass?
That’s exactly why we have our guarantee. If an advisor doesn’t pass during your 6-month period, we’ll extend your access at no additional charge until they do.
Do I need to train each advisor separately?
Your $300 shop enrollment covers up to 15 advisors. Each advisor completes and passes the test independently and receives their own certificate.
What happens after my 6 months is up?
After the 6-month period, you can renew for continued access and to certify any new team members. Your existing certificates remain valid.
